Audubon hosts two town-wide Yard Sales each year, in May and September. We usually have over 100 households participating in each sale, and shoppers travel from all over South Jersey and Philadelphia to pick up bargains.
Our Fall 2026 event takes place on Saturday, September 19th, from 8am to 2pm. The rain date is Sunday, September 20th.

Seller permit fee $10 - proceeds benefit Audubon Civic REACH, helping to defray overhead costs such as liability insurance and web hosting fees which benefit all of our member organizations.
We publish a list of households and a map online on the Friday before the sale. Deadline for inclusion in our Yard Sale Map is the Thursday prior to the Event. You may still register online up until 8am on Saturday, but we cannot guarantee that you will appear on the website or the map after Thursday at midnight.
Yard signs are no longer available due to the close proximity to the sale.

Permit info: Audubon borough ordinances require a permit for all yard sales. For the two yearly town-wide events, the borough allows Audubon Civic REACH to collect fees as a means of supporting the community initiatives of our five member organizations..
We will promote the event through social media, yard sale/garage sale websites, and through yard signs around town at participating homes. Our volunteers work hard to make the event a success!
