Vendor Application Audubon Day 2026

April 25th, 2026. Audubon Day is an annual event for the residents of our community to celebrate life in our town. Our local community organizations all participate in this fun day, which combines family activities with a vendor marketplace, beer garden, and food!  We usually welcome 1000-1500 visitors throughout the day. 

We will open to the public at 10am, and finish at 5pm. Vendors must commit to stay until 5pm. Our rain date is Sunday, April 26th, from 12pm-5pm. Please see the vendor agreement for information about the process for moving to the rain date.

Prices

  • Indoor or Outdoor Space : $50

  • Audubon Resident Discounted Indoor or Outdoor Space: $40

Important notes:

  • There are indoor and outdoor spaces available. You must choose one when you register. The Rec Center building will be closed to the public at 5pm.

  • Discounted rates are available for Audubon residents. ID may be required to verify address.

  • Community organizations can apply to participate free of charge (see the store for separate registration).

  • Food sales: if you wish to sell pre-prepared, packaged food for sale, you must have the appropriate business licenses, insurance and certifications to do so. We will contact you for this after you complete the application.

  • Food trucks/carts : hot food and make-to-order food: please see separate listing in our store. This also requires the appropriate licenses, certificates and insurance.

All Vendor Applications are subject to approval and acceptance by the Audubon Celebration Committee. You will be notified via email if your application is not accepted, in which case a full refund will be issued at the time of notification.

Indoor Spaces

  1. Indoor vendor space is approximately 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep.

  2. One table will be provided 6 feet X 3 feet. 

  3. There is limited space to hold extra stock, so please speak to us before registering if this is a concern.

  4. Stalls must be staffed at all times, and be open to the public from 11am to 5pm. Vendors may not shut down early under any circumstances.

  5. Vendors may load in between 9am-10am. No vehicles will be permitted in the rec center parking lot after 10am. Break-down and load out is from 5pm-6pm..

  6. No refunds are available for vendor fees.   In the highly unlikely circumstance of complete cancellation of this event by the Audubon Celebration Committee, full refunds will be made within 7 days.

Outdoor Spaces

  1. Outdoor space is approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.

  2. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and tents. If you choose to use a tent, you MUST have appropriate tent weights for safety.

  3. Stalls must be staffed at all times, and be open to the public from 10am to 3pm. Vendors may not shut down early under any circumstances.

  4. Vendors may load in between 9am-10am. No vehicles will be permitted in the rec center parking lot after 9am. Break-down and load out is from 5pm-6pm.

  5. Outdoor vendors can request to stay until our 7pm finish. Food trucks, the beer garden, and the musical entertainment will continue until 7pm.

  6. No refunds are available for vendor fees. In the highly unlikely circumstance of complete cancellation of this event by the Audubon Celebration Committee, full refunds will be made within 7 days.
