Every year in the Spring, the residents of Audubon emerge from their winter hibernation and start preparing for Summer by clearing out their dens, attics, garages and basements. It’s time for another town-wide Yard Sale!

Our Spring event takes place on Saturday May 18th from 8am to 2pm. We usually have over 200 households participating, and shoppers travel from all over South Jersey and Philadelphia to pick up bargains.

Our rain date is Sunday May 19th, 8am to 2pm.

Seller permit fee $10 - proceeds benefit the Audubon Celebration Committee, and funds are used for Audubon Day, the 4th of July Parade, and other local events.

New this year: We are offering to place Yard Sale signs outside your property. We have a limited number of signs and this is a first-come basis. You can opt in to have a sign when you register. The sign will be placed and removed by an Audubon Celebration Committee volunteer.

Deadline for inclusion in our Yard Sale Map is Thursday September 28th at midnight. You may still register up until 8am on Saturday, but you will not be included on the map if you register after midnight on Thursday.

Yard Sale maps will be published on the Friday before the event by 2pm.

Permit info: Audubon borough ordinances require a permit for all yard sales. For the two yearly town-wide events, the borough allows the Audubon Celebration Committee to collect fees as a fundraiser for the events we organize throughout the year, including Audubon Day, the 4th of July parade, and Halloween and Holiday decorating contests.

We will promote the event through social media, all yard sale/garage sale websites, and by placing yard signs around town. Our volunteers work hard to make the event a success!
