Audubon Day 2026

Volunteers Needed BEFORE Audubon Day.

• Event Planning Team - While the ACC has a core group of volunteers that plan our events throughout the year, we could always use additional support! In particular, we can always use help gathering event sponsors, vendors, and entertainment. Attend as many meetings or take on as many tasks as you are able to.. any amount of help is appreciated!

• Event Set-Up - We typically gather the night before the event to get as much set-up done as possible, including prepping tables and chairs for indoor vendors, and marking outdoor vendor spaces (weather permitting). 5pm-7pm Friday (possibly moved to Saturday night if using rain date)

Volunteers Needed ON Audubon Day (April 25th, rain date April 26th).

• Vendor Check-In and Load In - Help vendors unload their vehicles and get their equipment and wares to their vendor spaces so we can keep the drop-off line moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. Check vendors off as they arrive. 8am-10am Saturday or 10am-12pm Sunday if using rain date

• Event Set-Up - Help create and place directional signage around the park, set up activities and games, and set-up tables and chairs in the hockey rink (beer garden). 8am-10am Saturday or 10am-12pm Sunday if using rain date

• Run Activities/Games - Sign up for a shift to assist event attendees with various games, giant bubbles, etc to help make the event run as smoothly as possible. 10am-3pm Saturday or 12pm-5pm Sunday if using rain date (please indicate on the form what hours you are available)

• Event Break-Down - Help collect game/activity supplies, take down signage, general clean-up. 3pm-4pm Saturday; 5pm-6pm Sunday (rain date)
