Dear Friends & Neighbors,

The Audubon Celebration Committee is made up of your neighbors who volunteer their time to make memories and fun times in Audubon. Typically we reach out asking for your support for the 4th of July Parade. But now we are doing so much more we are asking for your support with all the activities we plan. This year we are planning the following events:

April 27th Audubon Day!!
May 18th Spring Yard Sale (Rain Date May 19th)
July 4th Parade & House Decorating Contest
July 6th Fireworks Night with live band at AHS
Sept 28th Fall Yard Sale (Rain Date Sept 29th)
Halloween House Decorating Contest
Holiday House Decorating Contest

Your donations are important for us to make all of these activities happen in Audubon.

Audubon’s 4th of July Celebration is the centerpiece for the Most Patriotic Small Town in America. Your tax dollars support the fireworks each year but it is donations from neighbors like you that allow us to put on the parade, sponsor trophies, and provide music at the fireworks. We pride ourselves on the great bands in our parade, but they get paid to entertain us, and those costs continue to rise every year.

Audubon Day has become a popular event every Spring. But it comes at a cost. Our vendors do very well, but the Committee does not generate much income that day. Your donations help us put on Audubon Day and the 4th of July parade.

House decorating has become more and more popular with every holiday season. Our volunteers have enjoyed kicking it up a notch by hosting these decorating contests.

The Committee is always looking for more volunteers to help make these events happen. Please consider joining us in the planning and implementation process. This year we will not be creating a printed parade program, rather a digital version will be sent out. Please sign up for the mailing list to ensure that you get all of the information!
