Audubon Day 2026 Vendor Agreement
Summary
Audubon Day is an annual event for the residents of our community to celebrate life in our town. Our local community organizations all participate in this fun day, which combines family activities with a vendor marketplace, beer garden, and food! We usually welcome 1000-1500 visitors throughout the day.
April 25th, 2026. Our hours are 10am-3pm, during which we are very focused on family-friendly activities.
There are indoor and outdoor spaces available.
Discounted rates are available for Audubon residents. Community organizations can apply to participate free of charge.
All Vendor Applications are subject to approval and acceptance by the Audubon Celebration Committee. In the event we are not able to accept your application, a full refund will be issued and you will receive an email notification.
In the event of inclement weather, our rain date is Sunday April 26th 2026. The times for the rain date would be 12pm - 5pm.
Indoor Spaces
Indoor vendor space is approximately 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep.
One table will be provided - 6 feet X 3 feet. No outside tables are allowed.
There is limited space to hold extra stock, so please speak to us before registering if this is a concern.
Stalls must be staffed at all times, and be open to the public from 10am to 3pm. Vendors may not shut down early under any circumstances.
Vendors may load in between 8am-9am. No vehicles will be permitted next to the rec center after 9am. The parking lot must be kept clear at all times for the use of food vendors. Break-down and load out is from 3pm-5pm.
No refunds are available for vendor fees. In the event of inclement weather, our rain date is Sunday April 26th, 12pm to 5pm. In the highly unlikely circumstance of complete cancellation of this event by the Audubon Celebration Committee, full refunds will be made within 7 days.
Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor space is approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Corner spaces have 2 front (shopper) facing edges; all other spaces have one front facing edge.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and tents. If you choose to use a tent, you MUST have appropriate tent weights for safety.

Food Vendors
Food vendor permits include the event hours of 10am-3pm.
Outdoor space is approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. If you will be operating a food truck, please contact us about the size.

Food vendors must have an appropriate business license. We will provide a food sales permit for our event, and hand-washing stations.

Hold Harmless and Liability
By registering for this Event, Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Borough of Audubon, Audubon Celebration Committee, Audubon Civic REACH, all organizers, chairpersons and volunteers of Audubon Day against any breakage, damage to goods, the weather, acts of God, illness, accident, fire, theft, or any other claim, real or imagined, which may result from participation in Audubon Day. Vendor further agrees to accept total liability for, and to hold the Borough Of Audubon, Audubon Celebration Committee, and Audubon Civic REACH harmless from any action of Vendor, Vendors agents or assigns, or Vendors employees. Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless he Borough of Audubon, Audubon Celebration Committee, and Audubon Civic Reach against any liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys fees and expenses of litigation) incurred by or imposed upon any of the aforementioned parties in connection with any third party claims, suits, actions, demands or judgments (“Claims”) under any theory of liability (including without limitation actions in the form of tort, warranty, or strict liability) resulting from or arising out of the Vendor’s participation in this Event.
